Where is Colebrook Trails?

Its right on Route 26.

1259 Route 26 to be

exact. 6+ miles east of

Colebrook on Rt.26,

just past Roaring Brook Rd

or 15 minutes west 

of Errol, 3.5 miles past

the Balsams.

If you come up 93, take

exit 35, to Rt 3, just past

"Old man of the Mt" park.

Head north on Rt 3 toward

"Twin Mt". Stay on Rt 3 north

into Colebrook. Take a right in

the town center to Rt 26 east.

About 6 miles later, just past

"Diamond Peak Motel" / Roaring

Brook Rd, is Colebrook trails on

the left #1259 Rt 26.

If you come up 16, go left in Errol

at Rt 26. Go about 15 miles. You'll

pass Dixville notch & the Balsams.

We are shortly after Diamond Pond Rd

on the right, #1259.

HOW ARE THE TRAILS?

Swift Diamond Ridge Riders in Coleman State park have a great site http://www.swiftdiamondriders.com and "sno-phone": (603) 237-5845. We have found them to be the best resourse for current local trail information.

                             Rates & Rental Information:

We really want you to have a great time!  But not at the expense of our

septic system. As such, we have only one absolute rule other than those

governed by common sense.

SIX ADULT MAXIMUM.. SIX ADULT MAXIMUM..SIX ADULT MAXIMUM

                  Did we mention the 6 adults maximum* thing???

             Children over 12 are considered adults for this purpose.

        Well behaved doggers are always welcome. Dog bed provided!

            RATES:     Weekend                         $350 plus 8% tax

                              Weekdays (M-F)            $550 plus 8% tax

                              Full Weeks                     $750 plus 8% tax

           $200 Refundable  security/ cleaning  deposit required*

Weekends are Friday after 3:00 pm until Sunday at 12 noon

Weekdays are Monday after 3:00pm  until Friday by 12 noon

Full Weeks are Sunday after 3pm until Sunday at 12 noon

        * We can be flexible when availability allows * 

What to bring:   We have most everything but find it

works out best for everyone if you bring your own

bedsheets, Pillow cases & towels.

We do have blankets & pillows.  Our kitchen has it all.

*Deposit cheerfully returned immediately after inspection.

  Deposit will not be returned & you will be asked to leave

if more than  6 adults are  found on the property at any time

for any reason.     Sorry.   Its that important.

                          PAYMENT INFORMATION:

         We will send you a secure invoice Via "Pay pal" (Ebay's credit card company)

         * You do not need a pay pal account *

        Fund pay pal with any major credit card.  Its very simple & very safe. 
        Personal checks for reservations more than 30 days away gladly accepted.

Though we would prefer full payment, your reservation is secure with a 25% deposit of the total as long as the balance is paid in full 30 days prior to your stay.

          Cancellation policy / Vacation insurance

You must notify us by email of your intent to cancel a reservation 30 days
prior to your reserved date for a full refund. Within 30 days of a reserved date
you may still cancel for a future credit toward any available future date.
There is no refund for early departures without our approval.  Home away offers
a reasonable vacation cancellation insurance. If you have circumstances where
cancellation without 30 days notice is a good possibility, we highly recommend
you check out that valuable resourse at homeaway.com


        About our refundable cleaning deposit
We require a $200 security/cleaning deposit which is included in invoice.

Upon satisfactory inspection your deposit will be fully &

immediately refunded to the credit card you used.  We really don't want your deposit ~
just a cleaned home &  your return business!
